Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 22 June 2026

iPokeU has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page explains how iPokeU is built to minimise risk, how to report a concern, and how we respond.

1. How iPokeU is designed to minimise risk

iPokeU is a closed, friends-only application. There is no public feed, no open messaging, no public profile discovery beyond username search, and no media sharing other than a single optional profile photo. Users can only interact — sending "pokes" — with people who have mutually accepted a friend connection. There is no way for a stranger to message, contact, or send content to a user who has not confirmed them as a friend.

These structural limits significantly reduce the surface area for grooming, exploitation, or exposure to harmful content compared to apps with public feeds or open messaging.

2. Age requirement

iPokeU requires users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be removed.

3. How to report a concern

If you believe a user, profile photo, or any activity on iPokeU involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of a minor, please report it immediately using the contact details below. Reports can also relate to suspected underage account holders or any content that violates this policy.

Please include as much detail as possible: the username involved, a description of the concern, and screenshots if available.

4. Our response process

Upon receiving a report, we will:

5. Contact us
